The York Agricultural Society while taking every care of exhibits, displays, livestock and machinery, will not be responsible for any loss by accident, fire, theft or other means, either in transit, in the Exhibition buildings or during the exhibition. The York Agricultural Society Inc. Committee will not accept liability for injury or accidents to any persons.
